Bangladesh Institute of Social Research (BISR) Trust established under the provision of Trust Act 1882 is a non-profit and non-party multi-disciplinary research organization. Meanwhile, it has completed several important research works which have been published in 24 reputed international journals. In order to increase its research capacity further on emerging issues the organization needs more funds. Therefore, philanthropists who have contributed to humanitarian or national building activities are encouraged to open a Research Trust Fund with the BISR Trust. Descendent(s) of them can open the research trust fund after their antecedent(s)’s name with the intention of continuing their benevolent works. The minimum fund should be BDT 20 Lakh. The organization reserves the right to reject any proposal. Interested persons are requested to send their written proposals containing a request letter, a short description of the achievements of the person(s) after whom the research trust fund is intended to be opened
